"My dog Joey’s girlfriend Mito"

He will be three years old in coming August.
Just like all dogs he also loves me so much. It’s been so long now that I am writing on him again. Since everybody in their dark times fall back on the ones who love them. We realize the value of being still loved by someone who knows no drawbacks, no egos, no shouting, no hitting in you but he still loves you. It is the most precious gift of life given to us by this Mother Nature.
Once I remember when my Joey was four months old I had a tiff with my friends over something and the next day I put “Searching for a friend? Get a dog” on my gchat status. I got so many positive comments on that. But when I met those differed friends they had nonstop arguments on my status with me. Lastly I was survived with my dog Joey who is my best and only friend.
Joey is yet to marry or get a mate. He is getting old and his parents (specially me) are getting so worried for him already. His relatives (neighbors/who know him) pester his parents daily to get him married soon with their useless reasons. I am so worried for him and want to get him married as soon as possible and keep on searching every now and then.
When my Joey got 1 and half years old my neighbors got new labra baby female Mito. Ardently I fixed my Joey’s marriage with Mito in advance with her when she will turn 1 year. Now Mito grew in front of my Joey and he showered all his love on her during this time. They played, barked, ran together and Joey trained her in the art of sniffing.
Time passed; finally she turned one.
They meet very less now as she is often leashed in her house. Joey seeks her arrival everyday with his long awaited eyes at the main gate of my house. He pushes the flexible main gate outside with his one leg to sneak a view from that gap, which appears from that half pushed gate.
Mito is changed now and has many other options in our housing lane. Whenever my Joey tries to make love to her she shrugs him off. Joey incessant efforts go in vein, as she never capitulates. Panting completely exhausts him to put down. She goes happily thereafter and Joey is left with heavy breaths lying fatigued like a dead on the ground.
I wonder when my Joey gets a mate and he will be complete. I am not aghast or have not put down anything and will keep on searching for my Joey’s mate. Love you Joey.

Bawri ayodhya

"The Her effect"

Medium, but perfect size,
Nice but average height,
Big, but bootylicious bum,
Ok to Beer, vodka or sutta, but no rum,

Fairest and beautiful feet,
The simple straight face look very neat,

Your hands render passion and warmth,
And incidentally brushing of shoulders fills another charm,

I like your quiet hug as a sweet significant gesture,
Dates becomes more significant with your touching texture,

By flashing the eyes, you make me yours,
I feel like plunging into those, as you belong to the core,

When you say, “sometimes you are very touchy”,
Ask my heart which wants every bit of you in my kitty,

I cherish the embraces that we file,
And I love you for giving me the reason to smile.

SHOULD I DIE?

Thought that comes to every mind, when in pain,
to a farmer, when there is no rain,
to a sportsperson when there is no game,
to a struggler when he has no name,

Father says, when he can’t live the responsibility,
Mother says, when she is in immobility,
Son thinks, when he is not able to prove,
Daughter thinks, when she is deliberately moved,

Friend thinks when one loose the trust,
Enemy thinks when he couldn’t able to bust,

Wife thinks when she is left with no other option,
Husband thinks when he finds himself in seclusion,

Boy thinks when a girl doesn’t understand him,
Girl thinks when the boy doesn’t love her,

Employer thinks when he suffers an irrecoverable loss,
Employee thinks when he gets an unnoticeable boss,

This feeling can never dissolve in human mind,
As it is a damn hard life and we are in its crushing grind.

"Love is a motivation not distraction" Iker Casillas & Sara Carbonero

The world’s mouth is shut, lips are sealed, eyes-down with full of embarrassment and only two people smiling at them—Spanish Goalkeeper Iker Casillas and his girlfriend Sara Carbonero. World has criticized these two lovers when Spain lost their first match 1-0 against Switzerland during FIFA 2010. Sara, a TV reporter, who was named the "sexiest reporter in the world" by FHM (For Him Magazine) got immediate attention when she was standing behind the Goal post of Casillas where Spain suffered a goal against Switzerland. English newspapers carried this news that she was the reason Spain lost. According to English media outlets, “unnamed Spaniards had blamed Carbonero for distracting Casillas during the match as she reported right behind from Casillas position in goal before the match and interviewed him straight after the loss.”

But the reality is that Spain has won the FIFA world cup 2010 and Casillas is the best Goalkeeper of the tournament. Spain’s captain Iker Casillas has also won the Golden Glove Award for his goalkeeping skills.

Immediately after winning the match he gave a live on-air interview to his TV reporter girlfriend Sara Carbonero. The 29-year-old told Sara Carbonero, he was "super happy" after Spain's nailbiting 1-0 extra-time win over the Netherlands.

Carbonero was trying to keep things professional in her post-match interview with her boyfriend, but Casillas just couldn’t resist diving onto her and shown his thanks to Sara by a big sweet kiss. Apparently telling the world that love knows no restriction and will always be a motivation rather than a distraction.

Imagine, you love your girlfriend and the whole world goes against you, but you stand-up again and conquer everything whatever comes your way. The world follows and gives respect to both of you that you have been waiting for so long. I believe every lover has to undergo such thing once atleast in his/her life, as love is not that easy and full of criticisms.

I am sure that Casillas and Carbonero must be very proud of being with each other. God bless you both. Amen

"Vuvuzela a curse for FIFA"

A humorous trivial: Once two donkeys fell in a deep well and were trying their best to come out. People were shouting from outside and talking to each other, that they can’t make it and will die. Hearing this, one donkey loses his confidence and dies on spot. But the other donkey didn’t lose his confidence and constantly tried hard to come out of that well. He finally came out. (This donkey was deaf). Hearing the de-motivation from the spectators the first donkey died on the spot but it did not move the other donkey’s confidence, as he was deaf and took that shouting as a motivation/support from the crowd, which leads him to finally come out.

Music/sound has the power to generate emotions. It has a strange irresistible energy that can affect our minds and moods. It is so aesthetically pleasing to ears and is promptly appreciated by the mind without the need of a formal knowledge. Spectators singing, shouting, chanting at sports-ground has oriented-effects on the players performing for their respective countries. Spectators make noises to back a team/player that brings extra energy to players’ performances.

People come in great numbers to watch their favorite sports. They chant, sing, shout, and celebrate to show support for their favorite players/team. After watching sports for so many years, I always heard players’ saying after their matches: “I thank the crowd, for supporting me. The crowd was so encouraging”. It shows that spectators also play significantly roles during matches.

I have watched many live matches on the sports-ground and have loved the noise generated by thousands of spectators. The sound of the music generated by thousands of spectators is no way less than any music blockbuster movie of whose sound you remember for years. I remembered once during a live match, small crowd at my opposite stands started chanting something and soon the whole stadium was in the grip of that sound. The whole stadium was buzzing with that sound and I too was shouting my throat out. The team that we were shouting slogans for had won at the end. Backing of the crowd boosts the team’s morale to its highest standards.

But imagine, when you don’t hear that noise in a stadium or any chant, slogans, songs by the spectators and hear only Vuvuzela?? Vuvuzela is a plastic trumpet, which makes a distinctive noise when blown. It can easily be compared with an elephant blowing their trunk. It is very irritating if it is blown constantly. It’s like someone behind my car honking like mad at me. The fun of being at a stadium is just get lost by this vociferous air horn.

Vuvuzelas can produce up to 130DB (Source: Smemon), which is higher than a drum, referee’s whistle, chainsaw or air horn. It’s equal to the noise of a jet taking off 300 metres away. Imagine, what will happen when thousands of them are blown constantly for 90 minutes or long. They can lead to long term hearing problems.

Vuvuzela is a curse for this FIFA world cup. Strong teams are getting out of the world cup. Patrice Evra, France said at a press conference: “We can’t sleep at night because of the vuvuzelas. People start playing them from 6am. We can’t hear one another out on the pitch because of them.” Cristiano Ronaldo says “It is difficult for anyone on the pitch to concentrate.” Many players have shown their disgust about the vuvuzelas, but because FIFA has officially confirmed that vuvuzela – will be allowed into stadiums during the 2010 FIFA World Cup™.

It should be banned. Let us erupt with emotions, bring back that same joy and bring the stadium live once again by our chants/slogans and not mere by blowing elephant’s plastic trunk.

IPL PROFANITY

(MO%$ER F&^#*R, F&*K O&F -- English) (BE&^N C^&D -- Hindi)

As per wikipedia, profanity is a word, expression, gesture, or other social behavior, which is socially constructed or interpreted as insulting, rude, vulgar, desecrating, or showing disrespect. Nothing wrong in saying that profanity has become an integral part of every sport now for its own irrelevant purposes just to gain an illusory advantage on a strong opponent.

Abusing/swearing at players is so common in every form of sport. Cricket, which is called a gentleman’s game, could also not spared itself from this begrudging act. However, technology is so high-standard that on-field wicket cameras/mikes promptly tells you what is the bowler/batsman saying in gesticulation and because of that player is immediately been questioned.

Mumbai Indians off-spinner Harbhajan Singh was fined $15,000 for abusing at Deccan Chargers batsman Tirumalasetti Suman during Sunday night’s match at the DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai.

Apparently profanity is seen in every match of IPL, then why every bowler is not found guilty after swearing at batsman? Whether it is an international or a local player, everybody gesticulates and curse in their local language to distract opponents, to gain an undue advantage or to show respite. Vulgarism needs no language to understand as the gesticulation or anger says it all.

Harbhajan Singh swore at T Suman in language that world understand. i.e. English and got fined by the third umpire. The question is, why other players are also not fined when they are also swearing-in to opponents in Hindi or languages other than English? Abusing in IPL is so common that you can guess easily from lip-sync what the bowler/batsman saying in gesticulation. As words define profanity (vulgarism) are so much colonized in our head that can’t get away so easily and grabs immediate attention.

F&^* &$F is the most used vulgarism and gets slightly lesser attention than other vulgarism like MO%$ER F&^#*R, or S&S F&*^#R. Whether players using these vulgarisms in Hindi/English or any other language they should not be separated and be fined to bring more decency in sports.

“It was in the heat of the moment,” Mumbai Indians’ director of cricket T.A. Sekar said in Mumbai. “We needed a wicket at that moment. We all know Harbhajan is always high on adrenaline… Let’s not make an issue out of it,” he added.

Yes, TA Sekar is right, but lets awake our conscience, win matches on our performances rather profanity, bring more decency in sports and not make it an issue…

"Pain of Hockey"

What would you do if you see your favorite cricket player sitting nearby with you in Delhi Metro or seeking an auto at a bus stop nearby you? You would definitely be surprised, might follow him or go up to him and appreciate his performance in the designated sport or you would just not bothered. But what would you do if you don’t even recognize your national sports (Hockey) player walking by side near you, shopping in the same market and nobody recognizes that who he is.

That is what the condition of our hockey players is today. Big names like Sandeep Singh, Prabhjot Singh, Rajpal Singh, Sarwanjeet Singh, Chandi comes to the eyes of people only when they score goals, but their pictures gets dissolved by time. Inconsistent performances of our hockey make us forget their names and dissolve their pictures from our head unlike cricket, where we recognize every player in the team, and even those who are sitting on bench.

Two days earlier, my colleague was strolling in Cannaught Place and he saw two of our hockey players doing some shopping. It was a free day for them, as they had to compete for the seventh position in tournament, the day after. He could hardly recognize them in public, but it took no extra effort to recognize them as he was watching hockey matches consistently. These two players were Sarwanjeet Singh and Chandi. He followed them and called from behind “hey (they turned back), Hockey Players?” Singh smiled and nodded, “nice played man” my colleague gesticulated.

Chandi screamed for Auto and the Autowallah stopped. “Meriden chaloge” Chandi enquired. Autowallah refused to go as the Autowallah failed to recognize him. This is the poor condition of our hockey players today. Whether it’s inconsistent performance, uncooperative board or the poor condition of sport, incidents like these demoralize our national players and in turn it reflects in their performances. People keep the memories of scored goals but not the hockey players unlike cricket where every shot is remembered and every gesture of a cricketer is supported whether it is on the field or off the field. Watch hockey, help hockey.

"Job Insecurities: Helping fresher"

Two electricians barged into the lift with me to reach 16th floor, where my office exists. On our way I overheard their conversation, which was quite funny but realistic too. I could figure out from their conversation that one of the guys was inexperienced as they were discussing about their current jobs. Actually what interested me was their insecurity, when the inexperienced (Rajesh) asked experienced (Suresh) to teach him the know-how of his job.

“Mujhe paagal samajh rakha he kya” immediately replied the experienced (Suresh).
“Tereko kaam seekha doonga to mein kahan jaaunga, apne peyt par laat marni he kya”

Suresh did not say anything wrong, as he was skilled but only in one work and he was afraid of losing his job if someone else knows it better. I have come across 99%(majority) of the people in my life like Suresh who have never helped others or were very hesitant.Very few people you will find in your life that will help or guide you in your work.
Job insecurity will always remain amongst those who are satisfied with whatever work they are doing and are hesitant of trying out new challenges. Consequently the stigma of fear never dies amongst them and they remain de-motivated and insecure.

To get fearless attitude in work one needs to widen their horizons, learn new skills, add aggression to their work, put in extra bit of hard work, be always on their toes to accept challenges and compete with their own selves. This will give them a chance to help people like Ramesh who are new to their jobs and keen to learn.

I asked one of my friends that if he were in the same situation, what he would do? “I will save one punch for myself – he replied instantly. Again, he also falls under the same 99% of universe. Is something wrong with what 99% of people are doing? I don’t want to put myself into of so much pain again. As we already face so many problems in our day-to-day life, we can’t add another more.

I would say, just go with your instincts and do what you want to do without hurting the sentiments of the new comers or help seekers. I believe in adding more and more punches to my kitty and letting the world know that how I have come. I have no qualms about it. As we also learn from every individuals and the learning should not be stopped.
